I had a step 1 slot of may, june and july and my extended eligibility period ends this october. I am still not prepared enough to write the exam. If I now cancel and reapply, will that be shown in my scoresheet as an attempt? how much impact that usually makes? please advice me guys i am truly bugged.

well i dont believe it wont have an impact on ur result overall and it wont be shown on ur scoresheet but it would be advisable to call up ECFMG n ask them n if u r not in US then just send an email they will respond u. Since they r the Final Authority in every question n will kill all the bugs that r bugging u ( no pun intended)
