It's hard to define a 'normal' start! Eeryone is different... But i can just tell you how i did: I started at high-50's, low-60's. But in the end consistently high 70's. Take a little break from Qbank...study, and study some more. And try another few blocks in a few days.

Hi, I have the same problem with the low score in the first question blocks I took. I am a medical student from Germany and not used to this type (very clinical) type of basic science questions. I am scared that my score will stay so low and I will have to reschedule my exam which I didn`t want to do. Maybe the best way to deal with it is do more questions read the explanations and look everything up in FA. This way it might stay in your head. What do you think??
