have any of you tried to reschedule recently? i was trying to move my exam forward and the prometric site asks for a 100$ fee. since i don't see any change in the ecfmg bulletin regarding a fee for rescheduling within the eligibility period(and many weeks prior, not within 5 business days) i am perplexed.does anyone know what's going on?

Hey misty, are u in the us? If so where do u call to reschedule?I can only see a local prometric test site number, and i doubt they can help me reschedule.......nobody even answers the phone,just an answering machine! I've tried in vain to locate a central prometric number to call and report the problem,all in vain! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

no i am not in US, but try the no written on ur orange.... that is the main center for prometric which reshedules on fone.

Thank u very much,misty! I'll try what u suggessted. But anyway,there sure is a problem with the prometric website and it had better be corrected soon! I'm sure many will experience a problem rescheduling because of this!

prometric has a problem with the website now and then. i was told that i could not change my date!!! whereas i had over 10 biz days to exam date.
if you try the 1800 number on the orange slip, if that does not work or you are kept on hold forever ( that happens a lot), then try teh local guys again. they usually are able to help and faster too.
