in pediatrics: mobitz II+hemodynamically unstable....epinephrine, atropine (both?!) but if refractory, go for TEMPORARY pacemaker fixed-ratio AV block...same as mobitz II complete AV block....Temporary pacemaker...permanent pacemaker Do you agree with this management? If so, is it the same in adults also?
