F. 74 years old admitted with urinary catheter, she has UTI. Urinalysis shows 10\ high power field. Culture shows sensitivity to nitrofurantoine, TMP§MX, gentamycin, tetracyclin. PE: asymptomatic & no fever. What is your management ?
A. -Nitrofurantoin 3 tab.\day for 20 days B. -Gentamycin 2 injection IM. \ day for 10 days C. -TMP§MX 1 tab.\day for 14 days D. -Doxycyclin 4 tab.\day for 10 days E. -No treatment.

no tretment because you dont need to treat asymptomatic bacteriuria specially in old people.
