Q-A hospitalized patient, who has been maintained on parenteral alimentation for 3 weeks, develops weakness, tremors, agitation, and finally coma. The most likely fluid and electrolyte disturbance is

1) hyperkalemia

2) dehydration.

3) hypomagnesemia.

4) acidosis.

5) hypercalcemia
