47 yo with history of nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma presents to doctor with complaints of progressive right arm and led weakness for 2 months, headache for two weeks, neurologic exam: right hemiparesis, CT shows parietal lobe mass with ibfiltrative borders extending into gray-white junction and surrounded with cerebral edema,. CT guided with stereotatic biopsy shows many pleomorphic large cell with bizarre giant nuclei, numerous mitotic figures & extensive necrosis. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis ?

a. Glioblastoma multiforme
b. Medulloblastoma
c. Meningioma
d. Metastatic renal cell carcinoła
e. Pituitary adenoma

Y not A?----> Unlikely to have another malignency in this pt who has already got a h/o nephrectomy for ca.

it's the thing with the gray-white junction, 'cause there is the place where metastatic and septic emboli end up seeding to produce metastatic malignancy and abscesses respectively
