To those who have passed cs: Should we shake hands in the begining of the encounter? I found that in reality unless p.t. is in any kind of discomfort, you usually shake hands.

I did shake hands with all the patients except with those who were not able to, who were in extreme discomfort.

i didn't shake hands and i passed. i think it's totally up to you.
