Hello all,
I am a new member of this forum.I have taken a class in genetics this semester and need help with some topics.
How do I get the probability of GATAAG binding site at any position of a sequence if the sequence is 10,000 bps and has 3300 A,3300 T,1700 C and 1700 G nucleotides.
