Hello I have a few questions regarding the rate of interview calls. 1. For a period of 10 days after the ERAS post office opened, I got responses from eight programs. I got two interview calls and six rejects. All this was over a period of one week. The last couple of weeks I have not received any responses. Is this normal? I have applied for a total of 50 programs. 2. Is there usually an increase in response after Nov 1st, the day after the MSPE is downloaded? 3. What is the latest date by which I can expect an interview call? 4. Does the fact that I have not received a response mean that I am in contention for receiving an interview call or does it mean that they have not even looked at my application thus far? I am an IMG who is a permanent resident. My USMLE scores are Step1-87, Step2-97, Step3-86. I have also cleared CSA and am ECFMG certified. I also have a years research experience in the US and have a couple of US LORs. I am trying to match into Anesthesiology, IM or Pediatrics. Thanks gps

You are not the only one. I received 8 invitations and 5 rejection in september. But in october not a single response. Let's just wait and pray.
