I just wanted to ask if anyone knows this: if one gets a prematch in a preliminary program, is one allowed to scramble for a PGY2?

I THINK YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT. EVERYDAY THERE ARE SO MANY OPENINGS FOR SECOND YEAR POSITIONS ON DIFFERENT SITES.
