Most of programs require ecfmg certificate. I'm not sure what they will answer to you if you are done only with 2CS. well, you'll take 2CK next week, but what about step1? you should take it in 2 month to get certificate in february. can you prepare for step1 in 2 months? if you are sure you can do it in time and do it with a good score, if you have strong US LORs, and US experience, apply to programs. But if i was in your place I'd focus on getting high score in both step 1 and 2CK and will apply for the next matching. GL.

Apply as soon as possible. But you are very high rish of.....losing your money. My friend, IMG, 95/95 and CS waiting: no iv after 2.5 month submitted his application. Some programs told me that for IMGs, we should have ECFMG certified before Nov. If certified after Nov, we still have chance but high risk. Good luck.
