NO! keratin is carracteristic of epithelial cells, so A should be the answer?! confused

I think it should be B.malignant melanoma, coz keratin in keratinocytes

eosinophilic cytoplasm in melanoma cells? my friend, melanocytes aren't epithelial cells!!!! the derive from neural crest cells!!

EEE,
prominent intercellula bridges(desmosomes) is a feature of Sq cell Ca.
Vimentin is + for sarcoma.
Keratin + in all epthelial cells------> carcinoma
CD markers ------> seen normally in lymphomas and leukemias
Head and neck ------> common site for Sq Cell Ca

keratin positive in all epithelial; tumors???? are u sure! i thought they are +ve in sq.cell tumors only!

cytokeratin is the marker for all epithelial cells in the body:

cytokeratin - epithelial cells
vimentin - connective tissue
desmin - muscle
GFAP - neuroglia
neurofillaments - neurons
