Two months ago, a 44 yr old woman noticed seceral lumps in her right breast. The lumps have not decreased in size since then. A mammogram shows several 0.5 to 1 cm foci of irregular density in both breasts. Fine needle aspirated of lesions in both breasts contain malignant cells. Which of the following breast carcinomas is most likely to produce these findings ?
