Thanks for attempting! the only one who attempted out of so many......I to think its E....Sorry..I dont know the right answer nor could I find the reference

E.
D is a negative charged residue while L is electronically neutral. The introduction of a negative charge will decrease its filtration through renal membrane (negative charged).
