what is the best approach you are treating a patient with pud. the patient compliants are 85% reduced. He was taking medications for 4wks. now to test for hpylori after the trt , what is the best method ?
1. breth urease test.
2. clo test
3. culture
5. stool antigen test
6. serology test for hp

hi, i chose breath urease test as well. but the answer shows "stool antigen test" (not sure it is the correct answer or not). so normally when need to order "stool antigen test"? thanks.

stool ag test is correct...urease breath test cannot b used as a confirmatory
