I am a foreign medical graduate from India currently in U.S.A.
I am planning to take USMLE step 1 soon. I have not received my final diploma yet but have a provisional one. Can I schedule a test date now or do I have to wait until ECFMG verifies my credentials from my medical school in India?
Please let me know. Thanks.

well as soon as u get ur orange color permit u can schedule for exam and ecfmg doe not wait for ur crudentials to be verified for that they send u the permit and do verify ur documents side by side
