Dear bbb,
I am trying to file an application for USMLE Step 1 at ECFMG. I am confused by the following 2 items:
Item 16. Medical School Information
Internship
I am required to complete an internship prior to receiving my medical diploma: Yes or No

Item 19. Clinical Clerkships

I don't know what the difference is between Internship and Clinical Clerkships. There are 5 years in my Medical School. The fifth year is full time pre-graduation clinical practice including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and Paediatrics. I don't know if this fifth year pre-graduation clinical practice should belong to internship(Item 16) or Clinical Clerkships(item 19). Dear bbb, please help! Many thanks!

Sorry, but that's not a question that I can help you with. Check with the school to see what they think you should answer. (Applications are long filled in by the time that I see them).

Good luck
