Hi friends, if u want apply for both prelim and catagor in same IM program , which personal statement u have to upload, wheather prelim[neurology] or catagor[IM]?is there is any problem while applyin for both catagor and prelim in same program?which they wil consider first?please, anybody have idea?

I am not sure about that... It shows that you are undecided whether you want to do neuro or IM for the rest of your life... It might not send the right message...
However you don't have to say which secondary specialty you are applying and then just click in both prelim and categorial... this case it will look like you just want to get into IM even it is only for a prelim year... I remember one of BBB's posts where it says something like programs like to pick people for prelim spots if they have a strong vision as to what they want to do after that...
This is just me take on the situation. I hope this helps.
