Please. let me know what is regular policy of getting into residency program in plastic surgery: for example:

what "Requires previous GME" means? What is GME? Thanx.
2nd Q: where can I get information about residency programs in Surgery, Anestesiology and Family practice, success for IMGs....thanx

previous GMe means any other residencies you hacve done.
you have to call programs or check Fmgamerica.
