hello everybody,
i was wondering whether it is possible to write the physical exam procedure in the workup if i forgot to do it while i was with the patient inside the room.for e.g. if a patient has acute appendicitis and i was supposed to do murphy/psoas sign but i forgot, then could i write these procedures in my workup?an early reply would be highly appreciated.thanks !!!!!!!!
