Coombs Test is done to 28 y.old pregnant woman.

What kind of test is needed

A. Indirect Coombs test to identify IgM A/B (antibody)
B. Direct Coombs test to identify IgM A/B
C. Indirect Coombs test to identify IgG A/B
D. Direct Coombs test to identify IgG A/B

Coombs test (direct or indirect) can identify only IgG, because the antibody needs to have the Fc limb free, for the fluorescent marked antibody to bind to
