A new test for Cercical Cancer allows better detection.Statistically all can be modified, EXCEPT:

A. Prevalence

B. Incidence

C.PPV

D. NPV

E. Survival rate

Thanks.

A?

  #3

Can you tell me why prevalence, please?

  #4

Prevalence is number of existing disease and incidence is the number of new cases, hence if a new test is developed which can detect the disease but has nothing to do with existing disease then your prevalance is unchanged.

  #5

Past prevalence may not be, but from now on (since it alters incidence), it certainly will...
