I think u should first postpone the exam.Then you review your weak areas on nbme and read them again thoroughly.Once done with that try another nbme or some source where u can judge yourself.If u improve ,go ahead with the nearest date available.If not then I would suggest reviewing the notes again,doing UW again and yes try kaplan q bank aswell.Its a once in a lifetime chance.So try all your resources.Good luck
