There is no normal - every program is going to do something different. I send the agenda with the confirmation. No one reads it, then I get emails just before the interview wanting to know who they will interview with. I don't give that out because I don't know until the day of the interview.
What do you need to prepare for? Just do your homework and have some good questions about the program ready.
Good luck - don't stress about this - there isn't anything you can do until you get the information. Relax.....
