YUP ITS LEGIONELLA CAUSING PNEUMONITIS,
RX:FLUROQUINOLINES
AND IN IC PT GIVE RIFAMPINW/ ERYTHROMYCIN

i thought when pneumonia is present, its called Legionare's dis which is more severe compared to milder pontiac F

YES YOU R RIGHT dxtxpx
in Legionare's dis : there is punemonia and menta confusion and diarrhea.and high fatality rates.
but in pontiac F only punemonia and no fatalities.
