i have fluncked , oasis seems to let me apply and i m shattered into pieces , i have spent alot for the match and now i dont have a chance for my dreams , cant beileve cause i did my exam well , i m in total shock!!!!

i will advice u to wait for ur results.u know its not 100% accurate.but be prepared for all possibilities.if by chance u havnt passed,u can still apply very quickly.u have to have cs by dec.dont lose heart.
these exams r very unpredictable.

no, i cant take my exam till november 4 th and the reportin period after tht is only jan 31st , can i go on with ths match as i have spen 3000$ already on this

u will be considered for the match if u can take ur exam before dec 31 n ur results shud be out by the time they offer u the match.u shudve cleared.i know its hard,uve spent so much already,dont lose hope.
start preparing soon for the exam n u will get dates in the lastminute.is u r prepared,u can take the dates when someone drops out.
do u have any interviews till now?if u have good scores,shud be fine.
let us know wat happens

no , mine is in mid 80's 1st attempt , need visa,and will take CS as soon as possible , but the problem is i have automatically sent the CS results to the programs , so now everybody will know that i failed CS , i really doubt i can get a interview call

hope others on this forum can shed some light on that.im not sure how it will affect ur interview chances.i falied step 1 n lost all hopes.i had worked so hard n didnt know wat went wrong.it will haunt u,its normal to feel that way.try to think wat to do next.wait for score report.
hope others can give some suggestions.

THANKS DOCTOR75. i m an img , and these tests r vy cotly for me , i had to fly and take this exam from my country and all to kno tht i have wasted my parents money is makes me sad , anyway , as you said i will try to get ver this and will think for the future

can-i-2007 i know its a difficult time for you..First of all wait for the official result and pray to God for the best and dont lose hope.Off course these exam are costly and its natural to feel like this.You did your best and thats all you can do.So be stedfast and look forward and thats what life is..and off course pray hard...I will pray for you too.Take care

if uhave selected autotransmission in ERAS then call ecfmg , if u opted for manual retransmission, then of course DONT retransmit them...
but one thing i dont know is what will happen to the ECFMG STATUS REPORT, which is a separate document in itself on ADTS.... anyone????

Hey I also did the application trick and it let me reapply ... I guess I didn't pass ... I do care about the money spent ... but I don't really care about the exam ... if you're into this for the Medicine the CS doesn't not tell you anything about what kind of physician you are or you're gonna be. Limiting the patient encounter to 15 minutes is a joke even if it's all acting ... but I guess it's not about Medicne anf helping people anymore ... it's how much dollars per second! Congratulations for everybody who passed ... I'm happy for you

Hi..I had the same bad luck I thought I did so well in the exam ..I finished all but one patient and all my patient notes were well writttn...and i performed all exams on patients and was able to wash hands, drape each patient and talk to each one about dx..but i guess i didnt do as well as i thought...i am soo mad at myself...cuz I have found that I failed step 1 and step 2 CS and still have step 2CK to take and i know I will never be able to do it before Dec so I have wasted a ton of money and time for residency and studying for these exams..I dont even know if I'll ever get residency with such a terrible history of failing all these exams..do people usually put on their CV if they ahve failed previous exams when they apply for residency or do most leave it out cuz I did record it but maybe next time i shouldnt cuz I know this time around residency is hopeless for me and maybe for my future also

my oasis updated on 11th Oct. Oasis let me to reapply, Oh No i have also failed in this i think.
when this thought comes to my mind, I started sinking sensations. Spent $ 3000 on this ,had to fly half the globe to take this exam.
God please pass all who are appearing. I don't want anybody had this kind of feeling.
