I sent my applications with 4 LORs assigned 1 month ago. All the programs have downloaded my 4 LORs. I would like to change one LOR for a better one. Can I do it? If I can then the programs will get 5 LORs, is it OK?

What about th e5 lors? I think that th programs still will read the old letter because i sent it long time ago. It is good but the new one will be better. Will they read the new letter? I dont know

I think there is no harm in sending an additional letter. But some programs dont make a paper application till date of interview. Y dont u just try it .
