Dear Program Director,
i am pleased to write this letter in support of xxxxxxx. xxx completed a one month general sub internship rotation . during this time i was supervising attending for the team. dr xxxxxx has a good fund of medical knowledge. he was thorough with his patients and shows a good willingness to learn. dr xxxx was always on time for conferences and participated in discussions asking pertinent questions. although his communication skills need to improve, dr xxxxxxx was always open to criticism and tried hard to improve.

his communication skills need to improve . won't that kill me.
i hope i don't have to present it during my interviews but i will have to carry that as i had mentioned this experience in caf
