Hi,
Iam as dejected as Iam perplexed.Seems to be confusing about what are criteria for rejects? I am an IMG. 99/99/CS result awaited.Applied to 40 programs around mid sep.Got rejects from Caritas St Elizabeth and UAB Montgomery. Both community programs with requirements matching my qualifications.
-Is is because I applied a bit late and these programs cap their lists early?

- Is it because I dont have my ecfmg cert as yet?

- Visa issues? I seek a J1 or H1. On a B2 now.

Don't feel bad, iamjee. They slap on sticker "Rejected" without even downloading the documents. Caritas St. Elizabeth sent me a letter saying that they have 4000 applicants, and almost all of them are qualified!
They gave my rejection without even downloading USMLE transcript or LoR.

I applied to UAB MOntgomerry and they told me yesterday that they have not even reviewed my application as yet and plan not to do so for next week or two: I dont know why, but maybe because I applied late.

I have the same rejections so far - Carritas St Elizabeth and Creighton Univ. And having a 99/99 doesnt seem to b doing anything so far

I got rejected from UAB montgomerry....92/92 certified........and i know alot of people who have been rejected with similar scores............a friend who works there told me that they have upped their requirement and want 3-6 mths of usce........and also 3 seats have been booked!! if u know what i mean
