A 12yrs old girl has been severely anemic[Hb=6g%]..for several months.Which of the following is most likely to be decreased during resting condition??
1-2,3-diphospoglycerate
2-Arterial PO2
3-cardiac output
4-mixed venous PO2
5-red blood cell H+ concentration

plz answer with posible explanation.

D- tissue extracts more O2 under anemic conditions so Pv O2 is decreased.

yeah 4.is correct..
since tissues r deficient in O2 cuz of preexisting anemia....they need to extract more o2 from the blood.thus mixed venous PO2 wud be low as tissues r extracting as much as they could....
