Do we need to put our name and AAMC # also on LOR, MSPE and transcript besides our photograph?

I had put my AAMC Id on Lor's;not on transcript but u can always put it to be on safer side

I wrote my name and AAMC ID on a post it note and stuck it to the LOR's and transcripts just in case. I also wrote a small note on it requesting the ERAS document people to remove the sticky note before scanning my documents.

MSP, I also wrote my AAMC ID and name on post-it sticky but I did not write a note on it to request them to remove the sticky note before scanning the documents. Now I am worried....
