go and try www.usmleworld.com its amazing Q bank and new Q bank interface and everything is new and is very cheap ...40$ only..i found it very useful ...

if you have money for only one q bank then go for kaplan q bank, don't see the price but the quality.

usmle world is under development, it will take time for them to come up with 2000 questions, if they launch their 2000 questions then I would suggest UW but not now.

well none , do the Qbank thet you can download for free, and if you want you can bye the last Qbook 3rd edition 2006 , good luck

from what I have gathered from previous exam experiences, the regualr kaplan Q bank is probab the best buy. It doesnt really match the style of real exam but it helps you learn and retain the Kaplan lecture material which in turn will help you in the exam. As some one else pointed out earlier, there are many different kinds of new Q banks that are coming up ... but the bottomline is that you cant argue with success.. what has consistently helped pthers in the past for the longest period in time is what is most likely to help you as well. I plan to do the 1mo Kap Q Bank as well. good luck jay
