ye but this is an imposible situation!!!

if he's XY, he's got the sry gene on the Y cromosome leading to diferentiation of gonads into testes. and from there you can even go into a normal male or go into the pseudointersexuality.

the only posible explination would be an absence of the sry gene on Y cromosome due to... I don't know... some kind of deletion of translocation, in that case I'd agree with B

tough question though if you understand those mechanisms
