i am not sure but i thik that the right answer is cholestrole .becuse as the patient lyes down, the hydrostatic pressure in his lowre extrimities veins goes down so to balance the hydrostatic and oncotic pressure between interestitial tissue and plasma fluid will go from interestitial tissue in to veins.so the level of plasma albumin in which these two inviornments are in equilibrium will decrease.in the other hand cardicac preload ,co and gfr increse so levl of ca,creatinin, and alp will decrease but cholestrol is not filtered through glomerols so the increse in gfr has nothing to do with its level.
i hope that i am right.rolling eyesrolling eyes
