david was arrested by police as he was making inappropriate sexual advances to passers-by at 12 midnight . he was brought to ER. patient is scantily clad despite the freezing temperature , and was claiming he has special connection with GOD, and he was here to save USA from SIN. he started his operations at a busy intersection. when informed about the need for admission, patient yells at physician, NO, NO,.......LET ME OUT OF HERE.......!!!he was admitted against his will , and was treated appropriately . a day later relatives of patient sued the hospital . what could be the ground they sued?
a. patient WAS COMPETENT AND REFUSED TREATMENT
B.patient was NOT HARMFUL TO OTHERS
C.patient was not in immediate danger
