david was arrested by police as he was making inappropriate sexual advances to passers-by at 12 midnight . he was brought to ER. patient is scantily clad despite the freezing temperature , and was claiming he has special connection with GOD, and he was here to save USA from SIN. he started his operations at a busy intersection. when informed about the need for admission, patient yells at physician, NO, NO,.......LET ME OUT OF HERE.......!!!.WHAT SHOULD PHYSICIAN DO?

B.ADMIT HIM AGAINST HIS WISH
C.PURSUADE HIM TO GET ADMITTED

Courts Commit and Doctors Detain!
detain him against his wish since he is dangerous to himself! scantily clad in this freezing winter, he is in immediate danger of hypothermia. as his behaviour suggests, he is not competent, so he can not refuse treatment. so , doctor can use therapeutic previlege,and admitt him against his wishes!
