If it has not yet assigned to programs, sure you can. If it has been assigned, you better not.

hey thanks wamba....can u pls explain why shouldnt i change if it has already been assigned.... does it make a bad impact on my application....

If the programs have already downloaded your PS, they may have already printed out a copy of the old PS; so in this case they will have access to both PS. If the program has not downloaded the PS yet, then the new one will overwrite the old one.
