Got letter of acknowledgement from Univ of Florida, Gainsville, Anesthesiology program. No other interviews/rejections How about You , guys?

Received another letter fo acknowledgement, form Temple University, saying that although they have significant number of applicants they'll be starting interviews on late October, early November.
Surpizingly, IM programs I've applied to send me rejection letters, whereas Anesthesiology programs say- "wait to here form me", I'll tell You if You should come for interview.

temple University acknowledgement of receipt letter, said that I'd here from them on mid- november.
