I need some help I am an IMG 5 years since graduation USMLE step I score on 2 attempts was 83 USMLE STEP 2 score 93 on first attempt, already passed CS. I have good research background and several publications with recent clinical experience. What are my chances to match????

There is only 1 foolproof way to find out: by going through the grind and nitty-gritty of the match.
Believe in yourself, work hard and trust providence...the rest will fall in place itself.

I think chances are good. There are some hospitals which give a lot of importance to research. try in those.
