If anyone wants to reschedule the exam from the Prometric website first you have to cancell the appointment and schedule a new appointment so you can get a new confirmation number. People have been haveing problems when they click the "reschedule button". They have been charged $ 90 dollars for doing it this way. You should'nt be charged any money if you reschedule 5 business days before the exam to another day in your eligibility period.

You have to call them for rescheduling .I tried online and it does say $90 but when you call them there is no such obligation .Hope that helps
