What is the drug of choice in the emergency lowering of intraocular pressure of both narrow and wide angl glaucoma?

pilocarpine

yep pilocarpine is DOC in acute glaucoma grin
Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, as acetazolamide; Epi, and Beta blockers as timolol are effective in treating glaucoma chronically but are not used for emergency lowering of intraocular pressure

pilocarpine is also used in xerostomia
