I read from internet that
gestational HT = HT that develops after 20 weeks of gestation
But i originally thought that
gestational HT = HT that develops anytime during pregnancy
so which one is correct??

i would go with 20 wks cut off for the exam.

Gestational hypertension is hypertension that develops in the second half of pregnancy during labor or within forty eight hours of delivery and is without proteinuria
