Can anyone suggest a good supplement to first aid in last 10 days before exam.. I'm looking for a comprehensive resource that is HY and fills in FA's "blanks".. I'm considering the following..
1. HY comprehensive usmle step 1 review: fadem and others
2. Goljan's RR usmle step 1 with CD-rom
3. Usmle Secrets.
Have hear good things about secrets, and heard the cd rom for RR was terrible. Dont know much about HY, coz its new or Goljan's text book. I do have Goljan's gen/systemic path book.
Any thoughts people?? thanks

in my post, i asked if anyone thought 1st Aid's cases book was good...i bought it and it is good...tho i havent read thru it all. i also have secrets and i think it is also great for integration...if u have time, UG Blackwells i think is also good for just reading thru the cases w/integration of the different disciplines...hope that helps  good luck

In last 10 days, i suggest going over your own notes. I think it's a little late to start a new book. But that's just my opinion..
