Hi guys. I just wanted to ask if getting a residency depends on all of the USMLEs scores equally or do the programs focus on the score of a certain Step more? I know different hospitals have different requirements but in general, aren't all the Steps considered equally? Because someone told me that on Step 1 we need to do good, but on Step 2 we need to get the highest score possible because the programs focus more on Step 2.
