hi, guys, I have a doubt about muscle origin and insertion stuff. we really need to know those? how many chance will those be tested in real test? this morning I do Qbank I have a lot of those kind of questions.
but in FA and kaplan and high yield, all of them do not mention those.
I really need your help, I need to go through those or not?
any advice will be welcomed!

You are likely to get none. that's my experience.
USMLE usually tests basic concepts relevant to practise of a generalist and not a orhtopedician or neurologist. How does a origin or insertion matter for the practising generalist?
Just dump that section.
