Sorry i meant to type Isoflurophate :oops: which is an organic phosphate which is an irreversible inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase. It binds covalently to acetylcholinesterase, irreversibly inactivating the enzyme. This inactivation can be reversed by pralidoxime
