someone with IgA defficiency which of the following should not give to em?
a.prednisone
b.pneumococcal vaccine
c.IVIM
d.hepB immune globulin
e.varicella zoster immune globulin

intersting..i know that blood products should not be given to them for fear of eliciting an anphylactic rxn. i guess il guess C hoping the same reason would apply

 ..IVIM will not provide any benefit for an IgA defficient patient,..but may cause some harm. a small amount of IgA may be present in IVIG and cause anaphylactic reaction.
