albumin and calcium levels wud parallel each other so i wud exclude these two. i wud probably guess cholesterol...perhaps when lying down, lymphatic drainage wud incresae too ( just guessing).. frankly im not sure .

yes Cholesterol, Albumin concentation remain same so as Ca, Creatininie conc. is related to Muscle activity

Patient is at rest mean not using enegry so Cholesterol is not being used so will rise ........
