1. SKULL X-RAYS are generaly the wrong answer in head trauma. CT head is more informative.
2. cathartics are generally the wrong anser in toxicology. they may sometimes be given with activated charcoal
3. forced diuresis is generally the wrong answer in Mx too..excepti in the management of pts with salicylate and phenobarb overdose
